Ray brings deep expertise across the marketing spectrum—from traditional media to advanced digital strategies including SEM, SEO, paid social, programmatic, and data analytics. He has led global marketing plans, content development, and the integration of emerging marketing technologies.
In-house, Ray has held senior leadership roles that delivered measurable business impact. At Shaklee, he led digital marketing across e-commerce, acquisition, retention, and product launches. As VP of Marketing at Allied 100, a PE-backed medical device company, he sat on the executive team, owned the marketing P&L, and was instrumental in growing revenue and EBITDA. Most recently at Sonova, he led lead and demand generation across the U.S. and Canada for both DTC and B2B divisions.

Starting in startups, he pioneered digital transformation at US Airways, building some of the first online booking systems and check-in kiosks. He brought that innovation mindset to Silicon Valley, improving customer experiences at Yahoo! and Myspace, then led Walmart's omnichannel evolution—connecting social media to drive in-store traffic and sales; creating innovative campaigns for the new Walmart app; and driving explosive growth in their groundbreaking Online Grocery and Delivery programs. Most recently at Meta, he launched new ways for people to shop directly on Instagram and led monetization & engagement strategies for the Meta Quest VR platform.
